Comprehensive design and
implementation of school interior
In collaboration with architects from ATELIER 6 and the school management, we created an environment that combines modern teaching, aesthetics, and functionality.

The goal of the project was to equip the brand new school building with furniture and accessories that would support not only teaching but also the personal and community development of children. The school was to offer an inspiring and functional environment that would reflect the current demands of modern education - from traditional classrooms to specialized studios and relaxation zones.
MY DVA Solution: Design, Function, and Versatility
Colorful and playful concept.
The school equipment builds on the vibrant architectural design. Furniture in maple decor and white is complemented by colorful textile accessories and boxes. The result is an environment that promotes a positive atmosphere and creativity.
Flexibility in Every Classroom
Organically shaped desks allow teachers to arrange the classroom according to the type of teaching - from frontal seating to group work. Art classes take place in rooms with adjustable work surfaces.
Each subject has its own facilities:
- Music education: upholstered seat cushions, cajons, and mobile folding tables for maximum freedom and movement.
- Computer science: tables with PC holders, height-adjustable chairs, and sophisticated cable management.
- Chemistry and physics: laboratories with high work counters, washing stations, fume hoods, Total STOP system, and built-in dishwasher.
- Workshops and kitchen: robust work tables, ample storage space, and hygienic facilities.
Supporting Independence and Relaxation
Library and School Club
Students have access to a quiet space for reading and independent study - with puzzle tables, stools, and a relaxation zone with bean bags. Older students use the school club, which includes a foosball table, TV corner, and a hexagonal furniture wall that serves as both storage and seating.
After-School Care
For the elementary level, we equipped the after-school care rooms with play and relaxation zones. Foam cushions, small tables, and plywood chairs create a safe and pleasant environment.
Comfort for Teachers
The office spaces and staff room are designed with an emphasis on functionality and comfort:
- Tables with PC holders
- Custom storage cabinets
- Relaxation corners
- Kitchen with appliances
Dining Hall and Canteen
The design-coordinated dining hall with colorful chairs and white tables offers a pleasant environment for dining. The school also includes a canteen with bar and traditional seating.
Evaluation and Conclusion
Thanks to the well-thought-out interior design, an environment was created that supports teaching, develops skills, and at the same time provides comfort and inspiration to both children and teachers.
